The protection of your privacy when you shop online, is important to us and the personal data we collect when you shop at inshopeurope.com is only used as described below and only in accordance with data protection legislation

The information that is collected when you order online, send enquiries through email or sign up for our newsletter are these:

* Name, address, email address, telephone number
* IP address of the PC/device you use on the site and geographic location
* The pages you have visited on the webshop
* Your payment information in connection with purchases on the webshop (see below under Payments)

We store your contact information, including name, address, email address, telephone number and IP address, as well as the information about your purchase on the webshop. The information is stored exclusively by us and business partners who comply with the Personal Data Regulation.

When you visit our webshop, your information is used exclusively to identify you, track your progress on the site and improve your user experience with the site.

Informations about your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and specific delivery wishes are passed on to GLS or another carrier that handles the delivery of your goods

In cases where your goods are delivered directly from our manufacturers, relevant information, such as name, address, telephone number and email address, is passed on so that the delivery can be completed

If you order products with a logo, relevant information (Logo) will be passed on to the relevant manufacturer on the assignment

When signing up for our newsletter, your email address and name are stored so that we can send you news, tips and emails.

We use MailChimp to send out our newsletters. The information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries and to provide the best service to you as a customer. We do not ask for more information than we need and do not resell or collect data on behalf of others

Payment

Payment can be made by creditcard

When you complete your payment with a creditcard on the webshop, it is our partner OnPay to whom you provide your card details. OnPay is approved according to PCI (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard) and inshopeurope does not have access to your card information. Use of the payment module is therefore solely a matter between you and OnPay

Consent

When you sign up for our newsletter, you also give consent for us to use your personal information by clicking on "I would like to sign up for the newsletter"

Rewoke consent

You have the right at any time to revoke a consent you have accepted for a given processing of personal data, including sending newsletters

The right to data portability

In certain cases, you have the right to get personal data that you yourself have given us delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller

Security breach

We take security breaches very seriously. If a breach of data security is suspected, a number of initiatives are launched to secure your data as best as possible

How long do we store your information

We do not store your information longer than permitted according to the legislation. As soon as the information is no longer relevant to us, or has reached the time limit for storage, the relevant personal information about you will be deleted from our systems

Information collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter is deleted when your consent to send newsletters is withdrawn. All newsletters contain the option to unsubscribe

You have the right to object to the registration of your personal information. You also have the right to be told what information we have registered about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected

In some cases, we are also obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also have your personal data deleted if it is processed in violation of the law
