Order and Payment Methods
It is safe to order online from inshopeurope.com as we have a secure connection (HTTPS), a certified hosting (SSL) and encrypted payment (PCI)
We offer various methods for paying online and our offer includes: Credit card and Debit Card
We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard
We do not automatically store credit or debit card details in our system
Prices
All prices are quoted without VAT and freight
For countries within EU, invoice is issued without VAT. For countries outside EU, invoice is issued with VAT
Delivery times
The delivery time for freight shipments will take 3-7 workdays depending on the delivery country
Orders recieved before 12 am will normally be shipped same day. If for any reason not, we will contact you
Shipment costs
We offer delivery with GLS Europe or in special cases with our trusted couriers
Shipping costs will be listed on your order before payment and will vary depending on the delivery country
Any additional costs to the shipment such as custom duties, import duties etc shall be borne by customer
Warranty rights
On reciept, the buyer is obliged to review the shipment before the carrier leaves the site. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be sent to inshopeurope within 3 days of delivery. If buyer fails to use this deadline, the buyer can not later inwoke any missing
inshopeurope undertakes to repair, replace or otherwise rectify any errors and defects as soon as possible
Complaints regarding damage during transport must be reported to the carrier immediately. Please provide documentation on any transport damage as well as damage to goods, preferably with photos
inshopeurope has no resposibility for loss of operation, loss of profit or other indirect costs as a result of defective delivery
Return
Goods can only be returned upon agreement with inshopeurope and only as in original packaging
The shipping costs for returned goods are at the buyers expense and risk

It is advisable to return the goods only with companies using Track´n Trace for the shipment. inshopeurope takes no responsibility for goods returned without tracking
Product warranty
inshopeurope provides a 12 month product warranty against product defects, if it can be attributed to defects in the construction or production
This guarantee obliges the seller to exchange, repair or otherwise improve the defective goods as soon as possible
The product warranty does not coverif the defect can be attributed to wear, insufficient maintenance, incorrect use or defects that the buyer should have discovered upon reciept
Force Majeure
Events beyond inshopeurope´s control, such as war, natural disasters, extreme weather sutuations, labor disputes or other circumstances that affect inshopeurope´s ability to fulfill its obligations - releases inshopeurope from any liability. inshopeurope must inform the customer if Force Majeure is used
Court jurisdiction and applicable law
All transactions are according to CISG "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international Sale of Goods"
Jurisdiction for disputes relating to trade is decided by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, Denmark
